SERVICE POLICIES
1. Nature of Services
Henna and jagua are temporary cosmetic skin stains, not tattoos.
• Henna develops orange to dark brown within 24–48 hours
• Jagua develops blue-black within 24–72 hours
Color, darkness, and longevity vary based on skin type, placement, body chemistry, and aftercare. Exact results are not guaranteed.
We do NOT use black henna or products containing PPD.
2. Skin Safety & Allergies
Clients must inform the artist of any:
• allergies
• skin conditions
• sensitivities
• medical concerns
Services will not be performed on:
• sunburned skin
• open wounds
• irritated or infected areas
• rashes
By receiving a service, the client accepts the possibility of irritation or reaction, although natural products are used.
3. Age Requirement
Clients under 18 must have parent or guardian consent.
4. Booking Policy
Appointments must be scheduled through:
• website booking system
• text inquiry
• email request
Phone calls are not the primary booking method.
An appointment is confirmed only after receiving a booking confirmation message.
5. Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit may be required for appointments, bridal bookings, or events.
The deposit is applied toward the total cost.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations will forfeit the deposit.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
At least 24 hours notice is required to reschedule.

7. Aftercare Responsibility
Aftercare instructions will be provided.
Results depend heavily on client aftercare.
We are not responsible for:

8. Photos & Portfolio
Photos of designs may be taken for portfolio or social media unless the client requests otherwise before the appointment. No identifying personal information will be posted without permission.
9. Liability Waiver
By booking or receiving services, you acknowledge that this is a temporary cosmetic service and accept responsibility for personal skin reactions, aftercare, and expectations regarding color and duration.
Pure Organic Henna & Jagua is not liable for allergic reactions or dissatisfaction related to stain outcome.
